XFi App & Xfinity My Account App Not Working LuvMyPod!! Use both Apps but as of 1.8.20 neither working accurately. Have called customer service multiple times over past week, called again today 1.14.20, uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted as directed multiple times, home appointment scheduled with Tech then received multiple messages from Comcast (by text & phone) saying all issues resolved.
