Walmart Money Card App Not Working

I tried deleting the app, reinstalling, deleting my EBT card, re-adding it, using a computer and trying through Chrome, Explorer, and Edge. No luck. I finally did the online “contact us” through the Walmart website and the service rep told me to change the settings in Chrome.
