With iOS 13 and the newest WatchOS, voice memos recorded on the apple watch are supposed to sync automatically with iPhone. I'm not having luck getting them to sync. Is there a way to manually force the devices to sync? *note, I am on WiFi. I have cellular data turned off for iCloud syncing intentionally, because it uses a ton of data.
