Tesla Apple Carplay

Apple relaxed the hardware requirement a while back. CarPlay can now be implemented purely with software. I personally hope that Tesla adds support for CarPlay at some point in the future, particularly as competing EVs are released to the market that have support for it.

Again, maybe Tesla will get to this and allow apps (when they've finished adding Atari games no one plays) but phone integration would remove the need to do this

Tesla’s massive 17″ touchscreen continues to be powered by their own proprietary software and so far have resisted the calls to add support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
