This is my favorite Panera salad of all time and I’ve been eating it for years. Gave this recipe a try just for fun and WOW, this comes pretty close. I even went as far as to buy the white balsamic to make the dressing…even though it doesn’t look like the original dressing it comes so close in taste and brings the salad together.
