So I made an appointment, showed up today for my appointment and the sales person helped me though we stayed outside due to the Covid guidelines. Thank god it was not 110 degrees outside like it was a few days ago. So anyways, we exchanged pleasantries, account info and Imei number. No go Verizon system would not recognize the IMEI number.
