My Verizon App Not Working 2020

FIOS app is no longer working. The last time I used it was yesterday and have done nothing to it. As soon as I tap to open it, it shuts down. The phone is updated IOS 12.4.7 highest it'll go. iphone 6+. uninstalled the app 3 times and shut the phone off and restarted it each time and reinstalled it 3 times.
