Lorex App Not Working

Night vision doesn't work, can't record anything, or infrared is not working. Can't connect to the NVR security camera on my iPhone/iPad. 24/7 recording is not working, it won't start. Got Swann/Lorex common security camera problems. No WiFi signal, it's so weak, my security camera can't connect o WiFi.

Lorex system is not connected to router. Connect an Ethernet cable from the Lorex system's LAN or Ethernet port to your router, and turn your system on and off. The replacement camera model # does not exist on the Lorex web site. Not only does it not exist on their web site, it doesn't work. Never has worked. I have tried to get it working over the past several months but have not gotten anywhere, so I gave up out of frustration. I called Lorex and I have emailed them but all I've gotten is the run around. -Click save or connect, the device should now be online and working. Download the Lorex Cloud app and follow the instructions below to setup the device. 1.Once downloaded allow the app access as this required for it to work properly. 2.On the live view select the 3 horizontal bars located at the top left corner. 3.Select device manager and tap. this terrible Lorex app, it will not load the event and after eons go by, it will unfreeze and let me go to the event list and select the event video which takes forever to load . Heck a thief will have time to Break in, steal stuff and leave before I ever see what's happening. Although this app is TERRIBLE. It showed us that the cameras were "offline" and implied that the WiFi was not working even though it was working perfectly fine. Had us waiting so long for customer service to answer. She had us log into my laptop and on the online website it was showing as "online", so the only problem was the app.
