Ford Pass App Not Working

My FordPass app quit working a week or two ago and it’s got my stymied. It still shows my info correctly under Settings, but when I try to use any of the normal features (Vehicle Controls, etc.) it says “sorry, something’s not right. Please contact a FordPass Guide and we’ll get it sorted out”.

No errors or issues Alexa at home integration works 100% of the time too. Remote start schedules work perfectly too. I do wish I could adjust heat/ac within the app. Maybe it’s available on other vehicles and not my SEL trim level. We use Ford Pass to keep our vehicle running while we leave our Great Dane in the vehicle on warm and cold days. Had my car for a few months now (2020 reg) and can get un/locking to work from the Ford Pass App but not remote start? I have an auto and have remote start turned on in the settings of the car. Fully charged the battery (ctek) and still doesnt work. Am I missing something here? My app currently just says "activation pending" I've set up the wifi hotspot and it works absolutely fine so I know its not that. I've deleted the car off my phone, deleted the app too, tried to set it up again and the same happens. I've even done a master reset of the sync system.
