clear the app data. uninstall the app. make sure the Firestick is updated to newest Firmware. do a Restart of the Fire Stick, not just unplug it, hold the Select and Play/Pause buttons at same time till it restarts. This does the optimization of the stick. After it comes back up re-install the Disney app. if it still does not work do a restart.
