Arlo App Not Working

I contacted Arlo tech support about the problems we were having, they took nearly 2 weeks to send me a pointless response suggesting I reinstall the app, amongst other things. We eventually returned the Arlo unit to Amazon for a refund. Now have the BT Smart baby monitor, which has its own radio signal unit as well as an app for your phone.
