Hi, I stopped an API App and it's Gateway in the preview portal. Now I can't start either of them. F12 network captures this request and response when clicking the api app in the portal. Around ~3,000 photos were uploaded to iCloud, but the upload process stopped before the remaining 7,200 photos were uploaded. I can't figure out how to get the rest of the library up into iCloud.
